NOR AZMA BINTI RAHLIN

Dr. Nor Azma Binti Rahlin is a Senior Lecturer in the International Business Program at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). With a robust academic background and a wealth of teaching experience, Dr. Rahlin has established herself as a prominent figure in the field of international business and management education.

Dr. Nor Azma Rahlin earned her Ph.D. in Imanagement, along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from esteemed institutions. Her academic journey is marked by a deep commitment to understanding the intricacies of global business environments and imparting this knowledge to her students.

Before her current role at UMS, Dr. Rahlin was a Lecturer at the Cluster of Islamic Leadership and Management at Universiti Islam Malaysia (UIM) in Cyberjaya, Selangor. During her tenure at UIM, she played a significant role in shaping the curriculum and enhancing the academic rigor of the programs offered. Her work focused on integrating principles of Islamic leadership with contemporary management practices, providing students with a unique and holistic perspective on leadership.

Prior to joining UIM, Dr. Nor Azma Rahlin served as an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Management at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UNISZA). In this role, she was instrumental in delivering high-quality education and supporting the academic development of her students. Her dedication to teaching and her ability to engage and inspire students were widely recognized.

Dr. Nor Azma Rahlin research interests are diverse and encompass management in the context of globalization, cross-cultural management, international strategy, and organizational behavior and international marketing, high educational link research. She has published several articles in leading academic journals, contributing valuable insights to the field of international business. Her research often explores the interplay between cultural diversity and organizational performance, offering practical frameworks for managers operating in global contexts.

In addition to her academic and research pursuits, Dr. Nor Azma binti Rahlin is an active participant in various professional organizations and conferences. She frequently presents her research findings at international forums, engaging with scholars and practitioners from around the world. Her contributions to the academic community are complemented by her involvement in consultancy projects, where she applies her expertise to real-world business challenges.

Dr. Nor Azma Rahlin is deeply committed to mentoring students and fostering their academic and professional growth.
